By creating an account, accessing reports, or using CheckCIBILScore.in, you enter into a legally binding agreement with CheckCIBILScore Technologies Private Limited.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, an Indian citizen or resident holding a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN), and have the full legal capacity to enter into this contract.
Independent Platform & Non-Lender Disclosure
CheckCIBILScore.in is an independent credit health, comparative analytics, and educational software platform.
We do not grant loans, approve mortgages, issue credit cards, or repair credit histories directly. Any improvement in your credit score is the result of your own financial habits and timely repayments to lending institutions over time.
Limited Agency for 4-Bureau Soft Inquiries
When you request your credit report on CheckCIBILScore.in, you explicitly appoint CheckCIBILScore Technologies Private Limited as your authorized agent under the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
This authorization grants us limited authority to transmit your PAN and identity credentials to TransUnion CIBIL, CRIF High Mark, Experian, and Equifax for the sole purpose of retrieving your consumer credit files on your behalf.
Scope & Limitations of AI Guidance
Our Multilingual AI Credit Coach (providing guidance in English, Hindi, and Gujarati) is designed exclusively for educational, explanatory, and illustrative purposes.
The AI coach translates dense trade line data into accessible language by citing the underlying report evidence. It does not provide formal legal, tax, or investment advice.
User Accounts & Organization Workspaces
Individual accounts are non-transferable and designated strictly for personal use.
Organization accounts must ensure that every credit query dispatched through their workspace is backed by verifiable, timestamped consent from the customer whose PAN is being queried, in accordance with RBI CIC regulations.
Intellectual Property & Trademarks
"CheckCIBILScore", our proprietary multi-bureau normalization algorithms, user interface designs, and AI prompts are the exclusive intellectual property of CheckCIBILScore Technologies Private Limited.
"CIBIL", "TransUnion", "CRIF High Mark", "Experian", and "Equifax" are registered trademarks of their respective corporate owners. Their use on our platform serves solely to identify the independent data repositories.
Paid Plans, Subscriptions & Taxes
Fees for single-report snapshots, 4-bureau comparison dossiers, and monthly monitoring subscriptions are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%).
Recurring subscriptions are processed via authorized payment mandates. You may cancel upcoming renewal cycles at any time through your workspace dashboard without cancellation penalties.
Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
Credit information is compiled and reported by independent banks, NBFCs, and credit bureaus. CheckCIBILScore.in cannot be held liable for typographical errors, outdated balances, or misreported trade lines originating from third-party lenders.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
